One of the biggest enemies of your skin are sun’ rays. They could make your skin turn dark, wrinkly and dry. Therefore, use a sun block every time you step out of the house in a scorching heat. Carry an umbrella and cover your body parts like hands, neck and legs with a cotton cloth so that harmful sun rays don’t fall on them.
It is found in the research that stress and anxiety also add up skin aging. Keep yourself away from stressful life and do not let anxiety take a toll on your face and skin. Follow a healthy lifestyle and be positive about life. Take a proper sleep and exercise everyday or take yoga classes.

Aerobic and anaerobic are basic energy systems which body utilizes to produce Adenosine Triphosphate (ATP), which is used by the muscles to contract.
Aerobic
The Aerobic System produce unlimited amount of ATP by utilizing carbohydrates, proteins or fat as long as oxygen is present. The Aerobic system provides medium to very long duration energy production with low to moderate power (less than 85% of maximum output). The products, which are used in this system, are heat, water and carbon dioxide. Aerobic capacity is the ability of the body to collect and transfer oxygen from the air through the lungs and blood to the working muscles. Aerobic capacity is related to cardio-respiratory endurance and is referred to as Maximal Oxygen Consumption or VO2 max. Aerobic Capacity reduces at about 10% after a decade.
Fat can only be used for fuel in the presence of oxygen and oxygen is only used in longer duration aerobic activities. The question is; does it matter if you’re burning fat or carbohydrate for fuel? The answer is yes and no. Any increase in your activity level, regardless of whether it burns fat or carbohydrate predominantly, will have some impact on fat loss. However, it’s been my experience that to achieve low body fat levels, you need to burn as many calories from fat as possible by performing longer duration exercise at a moderate to moderately high intensity level. Choosing the proper type of aerobic exercise will help you to burn the most calories from fat and achieve maximum fat burning in the shortest time.
Anaerobic
The Anaerobic System utilizes only carbohydrates for ATP production and this system does not use oxygen in the metabolizing of its fuel source. The Anaerobic System provides short duration (45 - 70 seconds) and high power. The by-product in the metabolizing of glucose (glycolysis) in this system is heat and lactic acid, the cause of muscle soreness immediately after exercise.
The Anaerobic Threshold is defined as that point where the body cannot find the oxygen demand and its anaerobic metabolism is accelerated. This point varies on an individual basis and depends on fitness level. For healthy individuals, this occurs between 50% and 66% of their maximal working capacity. This would be equivalent to running faster than half speed.
Anaerobic Training is also known as strength training or weight training. Today, all world-class athletes do serious anaerobic training. Every pro sports team has strength and conditioning coach, and meticulously structured training programs have increased athletic performance to levels previously undreamed of. Physicians now recommend anaerobic training for cardiovascular health, improved bone density and other health benefits. In 1990, the American College of Sports Medicine released a new position statement stating that weight training decreased cardiovascular risk factors and was actually good for your health all along.
It was great news for the bodybuilders when the scientific, medical and athletic communities began to support strength training, except for one thing. Many self-proclaimed strength training “gurus” are now taking the other extreme, suggesting that weight training is the best exercise for fat loss and aerobics is some kind of evil muscle-devouring monster. Let me clear this up for the record - weight training is an important part of a fat burning program, but weight training is not “the best” fat burning exercise. The best way to burn fat is the combination of aerobic, anaerobic and nutrition, all directed towards the achievement of a specific, written goal.

Cycling is becoming an extremely popular way to keep fit and to lose weight as more and more people realise the benefits of it.
My Mentor, Roy Savery, is one of the fastest cyclists in the world for his age group. He trains by cycling really fast for at least a couple of hours most days.
I used to cycle a lot myself - cycling to and from work and going out on Club rides at the weekends and touring in the holidays. I found it a great way to keep fit and exhilarating and it gives you a great feeling of accomplishment after completing a long ride.
However, you can cycle for general fitness without having to do gruelling training runs like Roy. It has so many advantages to many other ways of keeping fit. For example, the weight of your body is taken by the bike whereas with jogging all that pounding goes through your body and puts a strain on the joints.
Cycling is a very enjoyable way to keep fit and lose weight. You can also easily incorporate it into your daily lifestyle by doing the daily commute or by nipping down to the shops. If you join a club it can also be a very social way to keep fit.
Here are some tips to help you get started cycling:
* A study of more than 10,000 people found that those who cycle at least 20 miles a week are half as likely to have heart problems as those who don’t cycle.
* If you want a bike for riding mainly on the road, a hybrid bike with road tyres is probably the best bike to get. If you’re buying a new bike, don’t buy a mountain bike unless you intend to ride off road.
* It’s important to have a saddle that’s comfortable for you. Leather saddles used to be extremely popular for this as over time they would mould themselves to your shape. The downside of them is that it takes time to break them in and meanwhile they can be uncomfortable, they need to be oiled from time to time, which can stain your clothes, and they can be ruined by the rain.
Saddles with gel padding are very popular because they mould themselves to your shape without needing to have a breaking in period.
*It’s very important for comfortable riding to have the saddle set to the correct height. To check this out sit on the saddle with the peddle at it’s lowest point. Put your heel on the peddle and there should be a slight bend in the knee. If not then adjust your saddle accordingly.
* If you’re going do a lot of cycling then it’s worth getting special cycling shorts or long trousers. These are cut in a different way from ordinary shorts so that the seams are in a different place. I found that cotton underwear with made-to-measure corduroy shorts or trousers was a very comfortable combination. If you decide on padded shorts then you shouldn’t wear underwear with them.
*The secret to comfortable cycling is to spin low gears. Do not strain and push hard in a high gear. That can lead to painful and damaged knees. I know from experience. With cycling it is NOT true to say, “no pain, no gain”.
* Build endurance by cycling regularly. Cycle at least twice per week to get the full benefit from it.
* Burn fat by increasing your intensity, going faster, doing sprints or intervals. Do this by riding as hard as you can for two minutes then take it easy for two minutes and repeat this sequence a few times.
If you get started cycling in this way you’ll get fit, keep fit, lose weight and have an enjoyable time doing it.

Through our education after we are born we will either turn out to be fearful to a larger or lesser degree in our life. Whether fear is instilled or utilized in our education is up to our parents and educators in the process of life. What is completely clear and proven is that Fear can prove to limit what we are capable of achieving. Fear is an emotion that may keep you from acting and may limit your capacity to act in many scenarios. Fear may also keep us from attempting to better ourselves or to experience new and unknown things in life. Fear can also limit our capacity to meet new people and to learn from their life experience or culture. Further, fear can be present in a person in a conscious and unconscious way. Some of us have no idea how many fears we are currently entertaining and how those fears shape our decisions and our lives. It is of no wonder then that some of our most important western intellectual fathers have opinions about this limiting emotion:
He who is not everyday conquering some fear has not learned the secret of life. -Ralph Waldo Emerson
Mr. Emerson is keen to point out that our development in life is tied to conquering our fears. He understands that in order to grow we must face our fears and conquer them. Fear can be an incredibly important component in our lives and yet we do not see many systems of healing which deal with how to combat fear. Ayurveda takes the challenge of facing fear and includes many practical approaches to combat this limiting emotion. The first step is acknowledging and accepting your fears. Facing them takes away their energy. The repression of these fears is what gives them energy in our unconscious minds. As they are repeatedly repressed they gain energy and are certain to show up in your conscious life. In this step it is very important to bring the unconscious fears into consciousness. Writing down your fears on a piece of paper is a good first step. The second step is to embrace these fears. The embracing goes beyond acceptance. You may practice this embracing by actually acting upon these fears in your practical life. If you are afraid of heights you would go to the topmost floor in a high rise building and do the exercise of facing these fears with an act that would face the fear directly. As you embrace your fear and face it with acts that directly confront that fear you move in the direction of solving that fearful aspect in your life. An embrace is holding something with a degree of love. Here, you accept your fear and you also confront in with your actions, heart and love. Your approach is one of acceptance and integration.
Throughout history man has been struggling with how to approach fear and how to irradicate fear from our lives. Although fear is a natural instinct and does have its place in our survival the appearance of fear throughout different other aspects of our life can be limiting and can prevent development and growth in a person.

Relax, do nothing, and feel your breath deepen naturally - the Exercise Revolution from the Orient
The principle behind Chi Exercisers originated 15 years ago in Japan, where therapies such as Shiatsu have traditionally created a sideways motion by swinging the feet manually. The objective was to recreate the sideways flexing motion enjoyed by fish and the animal kingdom as they move around.
Use of the resulting home-based ‘passive exercisers’ is known to the Japanese as ‘goldfish exercise’, and they rapidly spread throughout the Orient. Advanced versions of the Chi Exerciser have been developed more recently for the varied body types of Western users. They benefit from providing precisely adjustable running speeds, a handheld control module with LCD display, timer and auto-modes.
The body’s inbuilt capability for self-maintenance can become blocked as we get older. Poor posture, poor diet, inadequate sleep and excessive stress can all lead to failure of the body’s natural self-regulatory mechanisms. The flexing motion through the body created by advanced Chi Machines is said to stimulate ‘chi’ energy, which helps the body to get to work on some of the backlog of tasks that it would leave on one side without this boost.
Complementary Health practitioners have been early enthusiasts in the UK, very often using them initially for their own benefit. “I am enjoying much improved mobility in my neck, shoulders and back since I began using the Chi Exerciser,” says Jane Chamberlain, a Reflexologist. “I often suffered from bouts of constipation and indigestion but since using the exerciser both have ceased.”
The energy rebalancing effects of the Chi Exerciser are reflected in yoga practises. Betty Dawkins, a Counsellor in Stress Management, has taught Yoga for 28 years. She recently wrote about the deeper breathing induced by advanced Chi Machines in Yoga & Health magazine: “As a yoga teacher I know the many benefits of a lengthened outgoing breath. Deeper physical relaxation, quietening of the sympathetic nervous system leads to a calming of the mind and, thus, the emotions. With the advanced Chi Machine, I don’t have to try and lengthen the outgoing breath, it just happens, whether I’m breathing deeply or just naturally. This deep relaxed state, the boon that most people are looking for in this stressful, ’short fused’, adrenaline-driven society, can be achieved in 10-15 minutes”.
The advanced Chi Machine’s adjustable speed has opened up the benefits to a broad spectrum of users. Frank Fallows has long suffered from high blood pressure, diabetes and sleep apnoea. He says that, “after using it for a few days I started to notice changes. Even though I am only able to run it at quite a slow speed, after 2 weeks it was giving me better quality sleep, reduced blood pressure readings, better circulation and an improvement in my overall sense of well-being. My Doctor was amazed because my glucose meter readings dropped from 6.5-6.8 to about 5.6-5.7.”
Apart from the energy rebalancing effects, the release of tension is a boon for many. Brian Withers suffered from lower back pain for many years, often accompanied by sciatica. He says that “within 5 minutes on the Chi Exerciser the pain is removed, and this has proved effective every time.”

Thousands of people in the UK suffer with back pain, be it slight back pain or chronic back pain. It doesn’t matter how much the pain hurts, if you are experiencing any back pain it’s a sure sign that you should visit an Oxford chiropractor. Most people that suffer from slight back pain don’t think that should warrant a visit to an Oxford chiropractic clinic; however this is not the case. No one should suffer from back pain at all, by visiting an Oxford chiropractor you will not have to endure back pain any more.
It isn’t taught at schools or the doctors when you should see a chiropractor so most people do not know when. They feel they could be wasting a Oxford chiropractors time if they’re only experiencing minor back pain and put off treatment. This is totally the wrong mindset to have; no matter how severe your back pain is an Oxford chiropractic practitioner will be happy to help treat you.
The following are all signs that you should book an appointment with a Oxford chiropractor; neck or back pain that lasts longer than 3 days, constant or frequent migraines that are also coupled with neck or shoulder tension, a stiff neck or back meaning your rang of movement is limited, difficulty sleeping at night because you cannot get comfortable due to back pain.
It’s most people conception that as they have back pain it must mean nearly everybody in the UK has some kind of back pain, this is not the case though. A very small percentage of the British population suffer from back pain, if left untreated your body can actually become used to the pain so it feels less obvious to you. This is not good though because leaving back pain untreated can lead to the spine becoming more out of place and lead to more complicated problems. As soon as you realise you have constant back pain pick up the phone and book an appointment with your Oxford chiropractor right away. After an Oxford Chiropractic treatment you will feel great, you back will be free or pain and related illnesses such as headaches will also have gone.
In conclusion then back pain is not as common as most people think; the sooner you visit a chiropractor the less severe your injury can become and recovery time will be a lot shorter allowing you to enjoy everyday life without the stress an injury brings.

A commercial treadmill machine is a treadmill developed for continued use in public locations such as fitness center, not a treadmill that happens to have a commercial on tv. Many times, you can find (semi) commercial treadmills in hotels, hospitals and health spas as well as well being in health clubs. A person may possibly wonder how can have benefits of a commercial treadmill but the price of the home treadmill. The answer is a semi commercial treadmill.
Looking at Weight
Unlike treadmills for home use, commercial treadmills should never appear like they can be folded up and jammed in to a wardrobe. A semi commercial treadmill must look tough, robust and dependable. Semi commercial treadmills ought to effortlessly be able to take consumers up to 400 or even 500 pounds, every day.
Exercise Variety
Semi commercial treadmills will have many of the bells and whistles to them which you will not believe in the same as the commercial kinds that are to attract a diverse variety of customers. They will likely be loaded with exercise possibilities, incline degrees, speed configurations, monitors, places to stick your mp3, along with numerous flashing lights. The displays will generally be pretty big to be able to be more simply made use of by half-conscious customers.
Pleasant semi commercial treadmill
One of the reasons commercial fitness treadmills are so much more pricey than machines for home use is that they are designed to provide you with as low-impact a workout as feasible. Although work outs like running can be beneficial for your over all health, it may possibly do bad damage to the joints. A semi commercial treadmill should have a great deal more cushioning to help decrease the impact of walking, jogging or sprinting.
One more explanation a semi commercial treadmill is more comfortable is due to the fact of their rollers. They will likely be a whole lot larger than for home use treadmills. Usually, the bigger the roller, the smoother the belt moves and the more comfortable it is to make use of. And also this means that the roller has got to turn less, which will help to keep the roller bearings from deteriorating ahead of time.
Slow Begin, Slow Stop
An inexpensive treadmill (which include several for home use) will begin and stop very suddenly, producing a lot of video being provided for “America’s Funniest Home Videos”. Good semi commercial treadmills begin and stop slowly to be able to allow you to effortlessly adapt to the movement. A slow begin and slow stop mean a safer semi commercial treadmill, simply because no matter how much you make use of the treadmill, the exhaustion of the workout could make you become simply off balanced.
